Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier or postal service within 0–7 business days from the date of order and payment, or as agreed during order confirmation.
Shipping for Domestic Buyers
For customers within India, orders are shipped through reputed and registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post services. Orders are typically shipped within 0–7 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company norms and may vary based on your location.

Cancellation Policy
Kannadiyar Herbals values customer satisfaction and follows a fair and flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms for cancellations:
